Who is Friends In Jesus Learning Center?

Friends In Jesus Learning Center is a privately owned facility established in 2001 to provide Christian Child Care Services. Due to the experience and backgrounds of the founding principles, the facilities original emphasis was in the area of Child Care, and Before / After School programs. These programs are now expanding beyond Preschool, Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Grade. Friends in Jesus Learning Center also offers Child Care for Virginia Social Services Applicants.

At present, the staff numbers 25 people, who range from Teachers, Teacher's Assistants, Instructors, the Assistant Director and the Director.

The Friends In Jesus Learning Center Staff have established the trust and confidence of our Parents by providing a secure, clean, friendly, and fun learning classroom environment for the children. We knew early on that it takes responsibility to care for children. Friends In Jesus Learning Center extends a great deal of resources to keep its staff well trained, CPR certified and current on educational methods and tactics, as well as knowledgeable in the needs of both the Parents and their Children.

Our mission is to provide a Christian and academic education in a nurturing environment using the Bible and the best educational methods available to guide students to grow and learn in the ways of our Lord.

Our goal is satisfaction, gained through the proper care and education of the children we teach. Without the parents referrals and respect, Friends In Jesus Learning Center could not continue to grow and support the education of children.
